These are pile-shaped components made from machined brass and then plated. Top of the shape of the head slotted screws. Back is the shape of a flat chamfer rivets.  To install, drill a hole matching the part’s diameter and adhere it from the side or the back.  Unlike minus molds, these parts are designed to be embedded into the hole.
