One of my best building experiences, would love to get one as a gift for a friend, or to just have another, but they seem to be pretty reliably sold out at all the places I get my Gunpla. The kit itself is hard to describe, but if it comes back in stock, do not hesitate to pick one up, you won't regret it.

This was my second AMAIM kit after the Byakuchi (blue guy) and it proved that this new line absolutely deserves the limelight. First off, the best way you can think of this series is as somewhere between HG and MG in terms of detail, size, and complexity. As others have said, this line differs from your standard Gundam kit in many ways, most prominently the lack of Polycap parts. Zip-zero are used with this guy. The colors are nothing short of perfect, and makes the finished product look painted right out of the box. The only stickers in the entire kit are the ones for the eyes, which is reasonable. The possibility on this guy is insane, it has way more points of articulation than your average kit despite basically being two legs and a torso. With the legs fully extended, it measure about a foot tall (and has no problem standing). When collapsed, it occupies the same amount of space as two HG Gundams stacked on top of each other, making it a dream to store. I'm over the moon that this guy lived up to everything it promised to be, and I'm now genuinely looking forward to future kits in this line (Jo Hound/Stork Carrier, I'm looking at you!)
