an older kit, but still decent

This kit was originally released back in 2000 and it shows. The build isn't as pleasant as I expect from modern Bandai kits. There's screws in the joints and a lot of ABS plastic for the inner-frame. Some bits feel loose despite all my best efforts at tightening them up. Having said all that, however, it's still an impressive kit. It's big and blue and spikey in all the best ways. The shelf-presence is absolutely undeniable. And it's got a veritable arsenal of accessories.

    A nice MG model

This was my third MG model ever, and I enjoyed making it quite a bit. Only issue I had was getting a few of the pieces to line up when they had "Put piece in middle, then snap together over that piece".

    Not bad for its age

Objectively, this is a poorly designed kit from today’s standpoint. However, I’ve seen worse- it’s honestly fine, just don’t expect any crazy poses or out of box color accuracy. Be patient and use a full-size screwdriver for the screws and you should be fine. They’re honestly not that bad to deal with from my experience. To be truthful, I bought this thing for the accessories above anything else. The bazookas are a bit small, but everything else is solid.
