No these parts are 1/144 scale and are intended for hg and Rg kits

Do these hands work with the hg Jegan and is counterparts (like stark and ecoas)
Answer
If you're asking whether they will fit, yes. But the Jegan series uses colored backplates so these will not be color-accurate.
