The figure is a compact action model designed by Yoji Shinkawa with mechanical design by Shinji Aramaki, standing approximately 10 cm tall. It is engineered as a command-specialized ALT unit used by the United Human Forces, emphasizing dense mechanical detail and high articulation despite its small scale.

The design uses specialized joint construction at key points such as the elbows and ankles to enable a wide range of motion and precise posing. The head features a distinctive commander-type silhouette intended to reflect the identity of its mental synchronizer, reinforcing its role as a leadership unit within its setting.
