This product cuts neat circles in a fast and efficient manner. It can be used to cut various categories of paper and rubber plates with a thickness less than 0.4mm. It can be used to produce cover paper during the coloring of circular areas of car models, such as cover paper for hubs in various kinds of model cars. It can also be used to cut plastic or rubber plates (thickness less than 0.4mm) to produce custom-made circular parts.

poor design
After hardly even using it, the top has popped off and upon inspection, the top is just held by some sort of super glue. The turning wheel is right next to the diameter adjustment wheel and makes it uncomfortable trying to adjust the size. Also, the size isn't accurate to what you're adjusted to. The slot for the blade part is slightly wider than the actual blade so there's some wiggle making for inaccurate cuts.

It's fine
As with most Dspiae products, it's okay/passable. The tungsten tip is held in place with a magnet, and is slightly loose. This means it has an accuracy of ~ +-0.5mm. If you cut anything <5mm expect to make 5+ cuts to get the right size, as no 2 cuts will be the same. The tip also likes to fall out a lot, due to the weak magnet.
Despite the above, it's affordable, reasonably easy to use, and a heck of a lot better than manually cutting circles.
