How many wires does it come with?

At most, one.

Two actually, same with the Strike E + IWSP since the Noir itself is just a modded E-type (both MGs use the same mold, just in different colors). Each 'wire' is actually two that're fused together side by side to add stability, so i guess there's technically four wires total but you can't use them with this kit if you split them apart.

This kit does not include a stand. Fun fact: The back pack from this kit can be put on the sword impulse gundam as per the manual.
