Wonderful kit, maybe keep him in simple poses

This is my first HG Gundam kit. I've done other HG kits before, but this is my first one for Gundam. Altogether, this is a really nice looking kit when put together and it makes me feel real good when I look at it on my desk. It's not the best kit in the world but it's pretty dang good. My only real complaints with the kit are: 1. The blue 2-part assembly on each leg that sits right below where the leg connects to the torso (but above the knee) tends to have a slight rattle, and may decouple (requiring you to push them back together on the leg) 2. Mr. Gouf is not great at posing, but don't tell him I said that. I can get him in some simple-yet-cool looking poses, and his arms are wonderful at articulation, but his legs aren't great at being angled outwards in wide stances, even like some of the poses shown in the manual. If you're able to do it better, then I might just be an outlier. 3. Has a lot of tiny rubber parts that your room will love to eat up. Keep a little tupperware bin handy! - Conclusion - Either way, fun kit, I do recommend getting it if you're just getting into HG kits. This can also make a great gift for a friend you want to get into the hobby. Was a very similar experience to building the AT VOTOMS Scopedog kits (Also really great, go get one), but with a few more hiccups.

What an HG should be

Nearly perfect. 0 broken parts. 0 Issues with Articulation, or any poses. Stands on its own flawlessly. I would just suggest that if you attach the grappling hook, take the super small cap for the hole and put it somewhere safe. I lost mine in the spruce and now it’s gone for good.

Great Shelf Presence, Limited Articulation

I have always been a fan of the Zaku/Gouf, "Mono-eye" designs. I think they all just look so awesome, and this kit is no different. Only negative I can say is it is a bit chunky, and so movement is limited.
