Finally an ACTUAL straight out of the bottle winner. Other brands claim that you can use the paint without thinning, but out of the 4 brands I've tried this is the first one that actually didn't need it. The only thing I added to the mix was my homebrew flow aid. I went ahead without thinning because I didn't think to purchase Kustom Service's proprietary (of course) thinner. I feel every bundle should just come with a 2 oz bottle of that company's thinner. Oh , here's 10 bottles of paint.... comes in and oops didn't get that company's trademarked recipe thinner. What to do? Order some of this obscure company's thinner, wait a week until it comes in while you just bide your time. ANYWAY- This didn't need any thinning that I saw, colors mix well so far, though I couldn't mix a decent purple, but I'm sure that was a failure on my part. Can these paint companies just get on board with the plastic or glass bottle with a flip top for water-based acrilycs please? Make it an industry standard. Twisting pff lids is just asking for trouble. Kustom Service paint- good stuff at a decent price.
