From the legendary anime Cowboy Bebop comes the MODEROID 1/72 Swordfish II, a detailed plastic model kit of Spike Spiegel’s iconic space fighter. Designed as an approachable entry into the MODEROID lineup, this 1/72 scale kit offers easy assembly while faithfully recreating the sleek silhouette of the Swordfish II under the supervision of mechanical designer Kimitoshi Yamane.
Measuring approximately 240mm in length and 200mm in width, the completed model features several anime-accurate gimmicks, including retractable landing gear, a swiveling and retractable plasma cannon, and an opening cockpit canopy. The cockpit unit can also be detached, and an unpainted seated figure of Spike Spiegel is included for display inside the cockpit. An adjustable stand is included for dynamic in-flight presentation.
With color-separated runners, the Swordfish II can be recreated in its recognizable anime appearance with simple assembly, making it perfect for both newcomers and longtime Cowboy Bebop fans.
